Applications and scope
Our tanks support water and chemical storage, process batching, mixing, settling, treatment, food-related utility work, agricultural processing and general factory operations. Reactor-style vessels can be planned with agitator mounts, manways, nozzles, baffles, jackets or coils where the process needs controlled mixing or heat transfer. We can also help with support frames, ladders, platforms and connection points so the vessel works as part of a complete line.
Materials and construction
Mild steel is a dependable choice for many utility, structural and non-corrosive duties. Stainless steel is selected when cleanliness, corrosion resistance or product compatibility matters. Material grade, thickness, reinforcement, weld access, internal finish and coating are considered against the service conditions. We will ask for the medium, density, temperature and cleaning method before recommending a construction approach.
How we work
The project normally moves from a requirement discussion to a dimensioned concept, fabrication planning, welding and finishing, inspection, delivery and site support. Clear nozzle positions and access details are agreed early because they affect both fabrication and future maintenance. Where drawings or samples exist, share them with the enquiry; where they do not, our team can work from measurements, photographs and a practical description of the job.
Planning your requirement
A useful tank specification includes capacity, operating and test conditions, orientation, inlet and outlet sizes, cleaning access, support arrangement and the expected installation environment. Delivery and ongoing support

We can discuss the practical details that are easy to miss in a short product description, including lifting and access, connection points, inspection areas, replacement parts and the people who will operate the equipment. If the requirement changes after the first conversation, a clear revision is usually easier and safer than forcing an early assumption through the entire build. Share the latest drawing, measurement, photograph or site note when something changes. That keeps the workshop, contractor and end user working from the same information and helps the finished equipment earn its place in the operation.
