A tank may serve water storage, chemical or process liquid holding, batching, mixing, settling, treatment, agricultural handling or a utility function. The correct design depends on whether the contents are clean or abrasive, still or agitated, ambient or heated, and whether the vessel needs frequent cleaning. Materials and construction
Mild steel and stainless steel are common starting points, but the best material and finish depend on the contents and environment. We consider corrosion, temperature, cleaning, thickness, reinforcement, coating, weld access and the support arrangement. Share the medium and operating conditions early so the vessel is not treated as a generic container.
How we work
The enquiry process begins with capacity, orientation, site dimensions, connection points and the way the tank will be filled, emptied and maintained. A sketch, drawing, photograph or rough measurement is enough to begin. We then work through fabrication, finish, delivery and installation constraints so the tank fits the complete operating arrangement.
Planning your requirement
Include working volume, material, temperature, density, cleaning method, inlet and outlet sizes, access, support, location and delivery constraints. If the tank connects to a pump, reactor or pipeline, show those interfaces. A clear requirement lets the workshop suggest a sensible vessel rather than an overbuilt or under-specified one.
