Made for the job
Conveyors & Brick Machinery
Conveyors and brick machinery connect separate stages of a process. If the route, feed, discharge or service points are wrong, the whole line becomes difficult to operate. Bharatiya Saman fabricates conveyor frames, chutes, hoppers, supports and related machinery for factories, brick plants, agricultural handling and general material movement. We begin with what the material does: its size, moisture, weight, flow and tendency to bridge, spill or wear components.

Applications and scope
Solutions may include belt or other simple conveyor arrangements, transfer chutes, hoppers, machine stands, brick-line support structures, feed tables, discharge points and guarding. We can work with an existing line that needs extension or alteration, or discuss a new route from storage to processing. Equipment is planned so operators can reach inspection and cleaning points without creating unnecessary hazards.
Materials and construction
Frame sections, plates, rollers, shafts, bearings, belts, wear areas and guards are selected around load, span, speed, environment and material behaviour. Mild steel gives a strong base for many industrial lines, while replaceable liners or stainless parts may suit abrasive, wet or clean applications. Drive and tensioning details should be coordinated with the expected duty rather than added at the end.
How we work
Start with a rough layout showing loading point, discharge point, height changes, available floor space and obstructions. Add capacity, operating hours, material details and power information where known. We can then review access, supports, transfer points, guarding and maintenance before fabrication. Site measurement and installation support can be included for projects with tight interfaces.
Planning your requirement
The most useful specifications are material type, target throughput, conveyor length, incline, width, discharge height, motor availability and cleaning requirements. For brick machinery, include product dimensions, production sequence and existing machine interfaces. These details help avoid a conveyor that moves material but creates a bottleneck elsewhere.
Delivery and ongoing support
Every Conveyors & Brick Machinery project is planned with the next stage in mind: delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance. We can discuss the practical details that are easy to miss in a short product description, including lifting and access, connection points, inspection areas, replacement parts and the people who will operate the equipment. If the requirement changes after the first conversation, a clear revision is usually easier and safer than forcing an early assumption through the entire build. Share the latest drawing, measurement, photograph or site note when something changes. That keeps the workshop, contractor and end user working from the same information and helps the finished equipment earn its place in the operation.
